We had our presentation this morning. It was okay I guess. Somehow I always get nervous only when it is my turn to speak. I have to really improve on my presentation skills. Anyway, the haze today is terrible. I think it was the aftereffects of the national day and mid-autumn festival where everyone played with fireworks. Actually, it’s good that Singapore banned fireworks and firecrackers as this greatly reduce the air pollution in Singapore. Besides that, the risk of causing a fire disaster is lower. And if anyone were to bomb the fireworks shop, I think that area will be totally ruined.

I know it's not very obvious. But the haze was really quite bad.

Anyway, we went to town once again after the presentation. Along the way we saw someone selling snakes. I began wondering why Singapore prohibits snakes and other reptiles as pets. I went online and found some answers:

1. They may introduce and spread diseases to humans and domestic animals.
2. Collection of wild animals for trading will lead to ecosystem imbalance and threaten the survival of endangered species.
3. The welfare of the animals may be compromised due to reasons such as unsuitable living conditions, poor diet and pet owner's lack of knowledge of the proper care for the animal.
4. Singapore's biodiversity would be greatly affected if such exotic pets were released in the wild, as most of them are non-native.
5. If the animal escapes, it may cause nuisance, fear and trauma to the general public. Especially true. Because we don’t see such animals in our daily lives. So naturally we’ll be scared of it.

I think that's a tree snake

It states there: The longes pedestrian street in the world of 1350 meters long". There's no spelling mistakes or whatsoever. I just wanted to say that after 5 weeks in Wuhan, i just realised that i'v been shopping in the longes pedestrian street in the world. Interesting.

They were having some hip-hop competition.

We then went into the Singapore Cafe there to relax. I am almost broke so i didn't ordered anything. Anyway, they spelt "Singapore" wrongly. They spelt it as "Singroe". And so they guys in my group went to complain. But they did nothing much and only replied it's the contractors fault. Conclusion: This shop most probably wasn't opened by a Singaporean.

They had some place where we can stick post-it on the wall.

A much more meaningful post-it written by mabel.

This is their cinema. Very much like in Singapore where u can find couples everywhere.

This is the difference. The price of the tickets are more expensive than in Singapore. Also, for one show, there are different ticket prices. Since it's all in Chinese, i don't really know how to read it so that's all that i noticed.

Everyday we are counting down to the days we go back Singapore. Main reason? Because we're going to be bankrupt soon. Sad case.
