Latest update:

MY KITE GOT LOST IN SCHOOL AND I AM VERY SAD NOW!
After dinner, we tried our luck and went to fly kite in our school compound - at the foreign language school. FYI our school is located at the highest point in the whole campus and to get up there, we have to climb 135 steps up! So everyday we will be panting when we reach class.
Anyway, today was very windy and it was very successful! We managed to fly our kite up into the sky! I was really very very very happy because i never flew my kite that high up in Singapore before. It was quite difficult to get our kite flying initially and i failed many times. But somehow i caught the "correct" wind and with the guidance of my friends, my kite went flying higher and higher. And so being a competitive person, i tried to fly my kite to make it fly the highest.
At one moment, my friend's kite crashed and so he came to talk to me while my kite was up in the sky so high that i can't even see it in the dark sky. So i didn't pay attention to my kite and didn't notice that it was falling down. The only thing i felt was that the string was getting from vertical to become near horizontal. I tried to look for my kite but i simply can't locate it. And then the next moment my friend shouted, "Mabel! Your kite fall already!" True enough, the tension on the string wasn't there anymore.
So i followed the string to try to find my kite which was lost in darkness. The string was stuck on top of a tree which then led to the roof of another building. But it was too dark to see where my kite exactly is.
So ya, that's the whole story. Sad isn't it? It's like throwing 10 Yuan into the air. Boo.. Shall search for it tomorrow.
