Today the dean of the foreign language school taught us about china’s history and Confucianism. No doubt the topics covered were very interesting as we didn’t learn this in Singapore before, but I have to admit that I struggled to keep awake during the lessons. The whole 3 hours was simply a torture! Take a look at the video and you will know why….. But still, I do appreciate the dean for the effort in teaching us.

I remember this thing that he showed us about what Confucian said...
“Only women and inferior men are hard to deal with”
Oh my gosh… I’m glad now women are of a higher status now…

So after school we went for lunch then for our TCM lecture. We only left with 5 more chapters till the end of this module! How cool is that! But we have to hand in our report and have our TCM exam this week. I’m awfully tired ever since I came back from the 3D2N trip….. I want to play, do report and to study for exams but I’m very tired! I guess I have to bear with it for this week.

My friends and I all had cravings for bubble tea today and so we specially made a trip down to town and bought our drinks! We not only want the drink but most importantly, we want the pearls inside! It seems like in china only afew selections have pearl in it. I tried to add pearls into my ice blended drink but they said that it would not taste nice and refused to add pearls in for me! But anyway, I got my pearls today so I shall not complain anymore!

Our favourite bubble tea shop in town. We never fail to buy drinks from this stall whenever we go town.

No comments. Just read it.

Haha! 2 small kids playing game.

Basically we just shopped around, buying things and bargaining. It seems that everything that I’ve bought is cheaper than the price they quoted initially. I think I’ve saved quite a sum due to bargaining. Dinner was at Ajisen Ramen, a Japanese restaurant. Price is expensive in local context, but cheap in Singapore context. 19 Yuan for my noodles – Cheap or expensive? You decide…

Ajisen Ramen. Notice the way we hold our chopsticks. I'm trying to use the chopsticks properly so that when i go back to Singapore, i can show off to everyone! As a chinese, it's only right to learn to use the chopstick properly right? Hahahaha.

Visit to coca cola factory tomorrow. Stay tuned!
