I was so embarrassed to tell my roommates but knowing that if I don’t take it out, it might choke the whole toilet system. That’s the reason why we are not even supposed to throw toilet paper down. And so, my friends burst into laughter upon knowing what happened. Even I could not stop laughing. We then tried to figure out how to take out those things in the hole. So we used the pole which was used to hang the clothes to reach deep into the hole. Instead of taking out my stuffs, I dug up shit instead. My goodness! We really felt like puking! I even wrapped my hand in a plastic bag and tried to take out the stuff inside the hole. All of them simply watched and laughed at me.
And so I managed to take out my panty but my panty liner was still inside! As it was flat and light, it was hard to take out. So we continued laughing and brainstormed at that moment. We tried to flush it through the system but it just would not be flushed away. It continued to float on the water! And so we thought of other ideas but we finally decided on this – to pour soap into the hole so that the foam will form when we flush and push the panty liner up. Thinking back now I know it makes no sense, but still we were lost at that point of time. And so we did as planned accordingly and instead of the panty liner floating up, it was flushed away! Joke. Seriously it is the joke of the year.
So now the panty liner has been flushed away. Everyone reading my blog, please don’t expose me to the teachers and please pray for me that my room’s toilet won’t be chocked for at least the period when I’m still staying in the room. Please! Thank you!
Lesson learnt: Put my things into a plastic bag next time when going to bathe.

Alright, so today we went to Wuhan Museum. Unfortunately, we went reached there at 8.30a.m but the museum only opens at 9a.m. Lesson learnt: Next time if I ever organize any event, I should check out the operating hours of the place and plan the timing properly.
Since it was not open, we went to the East Lake Tingtao. Today was windy in the morning, but in the afternoon it was very hot again. There was nothing much to blog over there. So let the pictures do the talking:
There are numerous exhibits in the museum so i am only going to show some interesting pictures only.
Going to the museum:
I realized that we are so cheapskate. We went to the toilet in the museum knowing that it is clean as we would usually avoid going to the public toilet. And so we saw the toilet bowl there and we were like so excited. I wanted to defecate in the toilet as I don’t like the toilet in our dormitory but I am afraid that my friends might have to wait too long, so I end up not shitting. Little did I know that my friend all felt this way too! I only know of it when we were discussing about the nice, clean toilet. These toilet bowls are rare in china! The only thing I hope to change in my room is the toilet. The bed is still bearable. I’ve learn to appreciate Singapore better.
So anyway during lunch we went to some food street and eat the local food there. Over there we had to pay using a card, just like the Singapore Kopitiam stall. There are lots of varieties of food there to choose from, some are famous Wuhan food. Unfortunately we were only given 40 minutes to eat. So after deciding on what to eat, finding seat and ordering food, we basically left 15 minutes to eat. It was a pity because there are many interesting food there which we don’t have in Singapore. We made up our mind to go back there again if we have the time in future.
